Ken Cannata holds his B.A. in Chinese Studies and an M.A. degree in Buddhist Classics from Dharma Realm Buddhist University (DRBU.edu). Since first visiting Taiwan in 2006, Ken has been enjoying and experimenting with tea as both beverage and ritual. Currently he works in the USA and Taiwan as an admissions counselor and organizes the university's tea collection and events. He is also an artisan incense maker integrating ingredients from the west with classical techniques from the east.
