Brewing Guide: Black Teas
Our black teas are durable and highly aromatic. Boiling water is fine, and you can simply let the water cool naturally as you brew tea.
We suggest using 5-6 grams for 120ml Gaiwan.
Rinse is optional. First steep can be 15-20 seconds.
Add 30 seconds or so for each infusion. After 5 or 6 infusions you can add 3 or 5 minutes to steep the teas longer and longer. They will still give flavors you may really appreciate.
