Our fresh 2015 green tea selection is modest yet definitely a treat.

We suggest brewing 6 to 8 grams in a 120 ml Gaiwan.

The green teas require a lower temperature for the best results.  After bringing the water to a boil you can let it sit for around 5 minutes or just use water between 170-180 degrees Fahrenheit.

Using more tea leaves means less time between steeps.

The first brew is about 30-45 seconds and we suggest adding 20-30 seconds or so for every additional infusion.
