.Anta Pottery. Emerald "Deriving Nature" Luxurious Tea SetTaiwan Sourcing
This is a very lively tea set from Anta's luxurious tea set collection. In some sense it feels like the combination of ivy and bottle gourd. The detail of this design is trying to be as "natural" as possible with lesser artificial interference, and thus every corner of this set looks like it was derived straight our from the nature. However, the designer was still trying to put a little bit of humane element into the design, and therefore the creation of the little "lid place" was installed, and this kind of mindful touch is uncommon on most of the luxurious tea set this day.
Ru Yao Kiln celadon technique originated from Henan province. The technique was perfected in the Song Dynasty. The glaze used is unique and contains some small amounts of iron giving the fired glaze a luminescent look to it. Small veins exist after the firing process and with seasoning the veins will grow more prominent and will take on a golden brown color. Ru Yao wares should be cleaned with tea water or spring water and will develop a luster with repeated use.
