It is simple to use as well. Simply follow the following steps:
1. Turn the temperature to 100 celsius degrees before use to erase the scent from previous roast (Do not forget to turn the timer on!). Leave it at 100 degrees for 10 minutes or more before adding the tea.
2. Once the tea roaster is heated up and ready to use, carefully arrange the teas on the filtering net of the roaster evenly with a thickness no more than 3 cm to ensure the heat is evenly distributed.
3. At 100 degrees celsius temperature setting the aroma of the teas will begin to permeate the air. Once the aroma is quite strong it's time to turn the heat down to 60 ~ 90 celsius degree (depends on personal preference and how dark you want the roast), and let it roast for another 50 minutes (again, depends on personal preference). Then you will have a new tea that is created by yourself! Enjoy!
